What Does this Widal test Result Mean?

Hi Doc, My widal test result says Typhi O and H, Paratyphi AO, AH, and CH = negatif, Paratyphi BO = +, titer 1/160, Paratyphi CO and BH = +, titer 1/80 Also hematology result says Hemo = 12,90 Hema = 39,0 Leu = 12,40 Trom = 272 How bad is it and what should i consume to get better? Thank U

In general , a titer of greater than 200 is considered high
At 1:160 , it would be important to interpret it with your other results.If the previous result was 1:80, it implies an increase.It increases in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week, after which it starts to decline.
A positive blood culture and four fold rise in the antibody titer are more suggestive of enteric fever.So go for a blood culture and repeat titres next week.
Your hematology results look satisfactory.Take care!
